What is SELF-CARE and ME TIME?

Now that everyone around the globe are giving their take on Self-care and Me Time,, let me also join the club.... 
Self care is not just about taking care of your outer self but it deals with your inner self as well. Being happy and doing things that make you happy are the primary steps to Self Care.


In today's competitive reality we are continuously running to make ourselves recognisable, leaving behind all our favourites to be the so called "PERFECT PERSON" in an pre designed society...
One should break all those pre designed rules and come out to spend some quality self care time. You shouldn't leave your health behind to meet those expectations.. Both physically and mentally we should take care of ourselves. Our mind gets tired when dealing with such stuffs around us, we should take some time to detox us and keep our Mind and Body Calm. Anything too much becomes a disaster,,,
Doing meditation and yoga is not the only means to get our mind relaxed,, spending some quality me time or taking a day off and spending time in a good spot can be very effective. 
Dear People, it is my kind request to you, - do take some break from all your pressure and try to keep your mind stress free. It is fine to be not okay and take a break for yourself... 
Okay,,What is me time???...
It is the time that you give to your body and mind to detox itself. It is the healing process of both your mind and heart from all its pressure load, detox doesn't mean removing all your problems, it means relaxing a bit and taking the required breathing space between your fully packed scheduled lifestyle....
Take a day off...
Grab your favorite Book... 
Do your favorite Dance like no-one is watching...
Sing your favorite Song out Loud to the whole community...
Enjoy your favorite Meal without thinking about those extra calories in it...
Go for a Long Drive till the World ends.....
Do things impromptly and Fill out your Bucket list boxes....  (or)
Just Netflix and Chill...
Get a Lazy day and spend the whole time on the Couch.... 
It's your Life Just Do what your Heart wishes for....
Set your Soul free.... 
Live your life to the Fullest......
Take Care of Yourself and Give Importance to Me Time..
